Additional Image Options: Should you desire more than the included 30 images, additional images can be purchased separately at an affordable rate of R35 per image. This flexibility ensures that you only pay for the images you truly love. Location Flexibility: Choose the location that suits you best. Our standard package includes sessions within 10kms of Claremont. For locations beyond this radius, a reasonable additional charge will be applied, ensuring our skilled photographers can capture your moments wherever you are. Home Studio Convenience: Opt for the comfort and variety of our home studio, complete with a range of backdrops to suit your aesthetic preferences. Our professional photographers will guide you through poses, ensuring you feel relaxed and confident throughout the session. Payment Process: Secure your session with a deposit, and the remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day of the session. This straightforward payment process is designed for your convenience. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling: 1. Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of photography appointments. 2. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice. 3. Deposits for canceled appointments will be reimbursed on the 27th of the month of cancellation. If the cancellation occurs after the 27th, the deposit will be refunded on the 27th of the following month. Ownership of Images: 4. In accordance with South African law, the photographer retains ownership and copyright of all images captured during the photography session. 5. The photographer reserves the right to showcase and post images on social media, unless a specific request is made by the client for privacy. Protection of Personal Information: 6. Pursuant to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa, the photographer agrees not to disclose clients' contact information to third parties. However, clients may receive information about future specials and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client. Late Arrival: 7. Clients are responsible for ensuring punctuality to scheduled appointments. The photographer is not liable for reduced shooting time. 8. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the photographer reserves the right to cancel the session, and no refund will be provided. Payment: 9. Remaining portion of payment for photography services is due on the day of the scheduled session. 10. Additional charges may apply for extended sessions or services not initially agreed upon. Usage Rights: 11. The client acknowledges that the photographer may use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the photographer's portfolio, website, and social media. Force Majeure: 12. The photographer shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or acts of God. Agreement Acceptance: 13. By booking a photography session, clients agree to these terms and conditions. Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Governing Law: 14. This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
